Website terms

You may use the website to understand Motiveform's services, prepare a project brief and access a Client HQ workspace that has been linked to you. Do not use the service to break the law, harm another person, bypass access controls or submit content you do not have the right to share.

Discovery helps shape a possible project. It is not a binding quote, professional legal, medical or financial advice, or a promise that Motiveform will accept or deliver the project.

Keep submitted information accurate and avoid unnecessary confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information. You remain responsible for the material you provide and confirm that Motiveform may process it for the requested discovery and project work.

Reference files are processed for the current discovery answer. They are retained with a submitted brief only after you give separate file-retention permission, and Motiveform may refuse unsupported, unsafe or unlawful material.

Client HQ access is personal to the invited account. Keep your password secure, do not share another person's workspace and tell us promptly if access should change. Project details and deliverables in Client HQ are private to the linked client membership.

A separate proposal, statement of work or written agreement governs any paid project, delivery dates, fees, warranties and ownership of final work. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

The Motiveform name, website design and service content remain Motiveform material. You retain rights in the business information and materials you supply.

We may change, pause or withdraw parts of the service to maintain security, reliability or product quality. If an automated feature is unavailable, your unsent browser draft remains under your control and a stored project brief remains the system of record.
